We love Providence. Who knows if we will be fortunate enough to have both of our children there for 13 years (K-12). If it were up to me, we would. But, I know that the Lord has a story for our lives and possibly it doesn't end up that way. I'm fine with it ... but, boy - I really love that place.
We know so many of the teachers and administration after being a student there and Tommy teaching there. Some of the teachers there ... Tommy taught! Next year T will have an assistant in 1st grade who is sisters with one of my best friends (and she is a faithful reader of this blog :)). How great is that? Well, another faithful blog reader is married to the baseball coach. We are currently in the final 4 for state! Here is a great article about him. He is a great person and a wonderful coach. He deserves all the accolades b/c of the time and energy he puts in with making the baseball program a success. It means a lot of time away from his sweet sweet wife. An article like this somehow makes those long nights and time away a little more bearable.
